Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission (RGCSM), we strive to provide high-quality, job-oriented education and training to every student. We value the trust of our students and aim to maintain transparency in all transactions. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

1. Course Fee Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan at the time of admission.
• Payment once made is considered confirmation of admission and acceptance of these terms.

2. Refund Policy

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
• In exceptional cases such as duplicate payment or course cancellation by RGCSM, a refund may be considered upon proper verification.
• Any approved refund will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of request approval.
• No refund will be entertained for partial attendance, lack of interest, or withdrawal after the course has started.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If a course or batch is cancelled by RGCSM due to unforeseen circumstances, the student will be offered a full refund or the option to shift to another batch or course.
• Students wishing to cancel their admission must inform the institute in writing before the course commencement. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Transfer of Admission

In some cases, a student may be allowed to transfer admission to a different batch or course, subject to availability and administrative approval. No refunds will be made in such cases.

5. Mode of Refund (if applicable)

• Refunds, if approved, will be made through the original mode of payment or bank transfer to the student’s registered account.
• No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances.
